HOW WE WORK

We don't theorise about resilience - we build it, then prove the transfer. Our method is the AI Shield method, generalised: diagnose with local partners, train a small expert core, cascade through them, document in the open.

01

DIAGNOSE

With local partners

Map the threat landscape together with the partner before designing anything. Who runs the operations, what narratives, what channels. No training in the dark.

02

TRAIN

A small expert core

Build deep capability in 12-15 analysts. Real tools, real campaigns, real reports. Depth over headcount.

03

CASCADE

The transfer test

Those analysts become trainers and run the next cycle themselves. If the partner can train the next cohort without us in the room, the transfer worked.

04

DOCUMENT

In the open

Everything we build publishes under open licences - toolkits, reports, methods. Reusable beyond one project, one country, one cycle.
